To be eligible for a return:

Your refund must occur within 30 days of purchase
You must get a Return Authorization in advance. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must pay for for the cost of return shipping (unless the item was shipped in error.)
